EXCHANGE & BUY-BACK POLICY
At Orniva, we believe that every piece of jewelry you buy is an investment in your style. To give you complete peace of mind, we offer a straightforward 50% Buy-Back / Exchange Policy on our gold-plated and silver jewelry.
1. HOW IT WORKS (The 50% Value) If you wish to return your old Orniva jewelry after the return period is over (e.g., after 6 months or 1 year), you can exchange it with us.

We will take back the old jewelry and provide you with a Store Credit Coupon worth 50% of the actual product price paid by you (excluding shipping & taxes).

You can use this coupon to purchase any new design from our website.
2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Orniva Exclusive: Only jewelry purchased directly from Orniva is eligible.

Proof of Purchase: The Original Invoice (Bill) or Order Number is mandatory for processing the buy-back.

Condition: The jewelry can be old or used, but all major parts (like pendants, stones) must be intact.

Exclusions: Customized, personalized pieces, or items broken into pieces are not eligible.
3. THE PROCESS

Contact Us: Email us at info.orniva@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your Order Number and photos of the item.

Approval: Our team will review the request and approve the return.

Ship the Item: You need to pack the product securely and courier it to our address.

Note: Shipping costs for sending the item back to us are to be borne by the customer.

Get Credit: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a Store Credit / Discount Code within 3-5 business days.
4. TERMS & CONDITIONS

No Cash Refunds: Buy-back value is given only as Store Credit (Coupon Code). No cash or bank transfers will be made.

Validity: The Store Credit Coupon will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

Calculation: The 50% value is calculated on the Sold Price of the product. Shipping charges paid during the original order are not refundable.

Orniva reserves the right to reject a buy-back request if the product does not match our records or is found to be a counterfeit.
